Saturday Snippet #3 You’d think that this would be getting easier and easier to do, but it’s not. Sigh. Oh, well. Maybe it will at some point? This snippet is actually a deleted piece that I did that I’d like to incorporate at some point just because I like the interactions between the characters and

Bubblegum Crisis was both revolutionary and exceptionally disappointing in its portrayal of homosexuality, or honestly, just non-hetero approaches to sexuality in general, but this is the 1980s; sexual identity was still, as a topic, very much on the binary scale, almost as if the other parts of the LGBTQIA+ didn’t exist to the larger public,

I’ve read a lot of reviews on the new live-action Cowboy Bebop, and trust, all I have to do this weekend is finish the communication paper for my mental health clinical. So guess what that means: YUP, ALL COWBOY BEBOP, ALL THE TIME. I have middlin’ expectations, so we’ll see how the show lives up

Alrighty, this will be the last post for today because am tired. The plan is to work on at least two posts tomorrow, as well, but who knows with all the papers and projects and shit I have due in the next seven days. Sigh. Anyway, I was going to do fan art for this

Okay, so I did a quick reevaluation of Season Ten and realized that, even though it was generally one giant crap bag, there was one episode that should have been clear to me was my favorite of the bunch. I just have so much vitriol for this season that it’s hard to remember anything positive

Well, I certainly picked a fun topic for today, considering the giant landfill fire that is the current status of our country, but dammit, Parks and Rec is needed right now. It’s definitely a fantastical escape: people working together to make positive change in their town, despite the town’s lack of enthusiasm and occasional outright

I’m going to preface this with a trigger warning for talking about suicide, so please feel free to skip past this one. I actually argued with myself while picking the most upsetting death because this definitely fits the bill there, but I actually think this moment is more appropriate for this post because damn, I

I kind of gave myself away yesterday with my least favorite villain, so I’ll just put it above the cut: the Hunger. Yes, yes, I know. It’s the ultimate villain in the Balance series of The Adventure Zone, and its defeat (spoiler alert?) at the hands of the IPRE/BoB folks brings about a peace the main characters had
