Anyone who reads my challenges knows that I love the soundtrack challenge days because it’s basically just another on rotation … and I get to relisten to a lot of music that I forgot I loved so much. This is no different. Yoko Kanno is a musical genius, who has done so much that it’s…

Now, I want to preface this by saying that “worst episode” does not mean “least favorite episode,” although sometimes those do coincide and I end up just wanting to throw the controller at my TV (I’m looking at you, “Black Market“). But with Cowboy Bebop, it seems like there are just episodes that I’m “meh”…

It’s always just a little bit of a tough decision when you have to narrow something down to its best iteration, especially one as consistently amazing as Cowboy Bebop, and I’ve been going back and forth on it for a little while … actually a little thankful that I waited until near the end of…

I keep coming back to this episode, but damn, it’s just so good.

I really feel like the order in which characters were introduced in the show was off. Like obviously, Spike and Jet being the first two makes sense; after all, their ship is the Bebop. But having Ein – the delightful character that he is – follow in the very next episode just … I don’t…

Oh, thank god, an easy one. I have a test later on today, so I’m struggling to do anything but stress out about it. Also! Today is my sister’s birthday, so be sure to hop on over to Twitter to wish her the best of days! Anyway, I’ll be doing fan art tomorrow, but for…

Surprisingly, there aren’t a ton of fan theories surrounding Cowboy Bebop, which kind of makes this day’s challenge a little difficult – and I have tests to study for! This show leaves a lot up in the air, so I think I’m going to go with a fairly interesting take on a simple concept: is…

Okay, so … “Mushroom Samba” is one of my guilty pleasure episodes. It’s so silly, even more so than “Toys in the Attic.” But it features both Ed and Ein as the focal characters, and that makes it A+ in my book. Plus, it features my absolute favorite Ein moment of the entire series: Basically, Ein eats…
