I’m in a weird headspace this week, so this week’s playlist is going to reflect that. It’s not a bad thing really … I don’t think? Plus, my YouTube Music (trying to get away from Spotify) algorithm is … not the best, so it’s been all over the place. For example, it included Janet Jackson, Pizzicato Five, Paula Cole, and Yanni (???) in one playlist; none of those is connected to each other, save maybe the era (the 90s), most specifically Yanni, who I have never listened to of my own volition. Hopefully, as I use it more, it should improve, but it’s just super weird right now. I honestly miss Pandora’s algorithm from several years ago, since I found a lot of my current favorites that way, but oh well. Anyway, enjoy the randomness that is both my brain and YouTube:
